You click/tap to get “Brainrot points,” then spend them on upgrades (to increase points per click, or generate points passively) and unlock absurd meme characters.

There are about 18 upgrades in the game and several unlockable characters with weird, meme‑style Italian accents/names.

It seems to be funnier and more chaotic than a typical clicker — the meme / absurd aesthetic is a big part of the appeal.
